The sole surviving and capyured gunmen of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks has complained of harassment and denial in imprisonment. This man was responsible for cold bloodedly murdering more than 150 citizens of the Indian state without caring for either their innocence, ignorance or mercy for their lives. The only purpose of this gunmen was to eliminate as many people as possible without taking into account their vulnerabilityto such armed attacks.

Does the Indian state realize that maltreatment of POWs can result in backlashes during similiar situations from other nations. Indian POWs have been victims of gouged out eyes, torn chest and bellies, disembowelment and dismemberment of organs after capture by the gunmen's nation. If the international committe for Human Rights takes cognizance of such issues, we could avoid such backlashes in the future.
